About Justin
I moved to Beglrade, Montana in 1981 (when I was in kindergarten!) with my family. My family has been in the real estate industry for 4 generations, so I learned pretty young because real estate and business was a constant in my household.
I graduated from Bozeman High School in 1994 and after some soul searching, I ended up with a degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design in 1997. I graduated from the CADD program with highest honors. I've used my CADD skills to design & build single family homes, multifamily homes as well as subdivisions and developments. It also comes in very handy for building maps!
My design & drafting education then led me into the construction industry where I designed and built many homes. I have also used my design & construction skills to rehab/remodel existing homes and apartment buildings. I am a property manager for many of these rehab/remodel projects that are now being leased.
The subdivision & development experience also tied me into investor groups and taught me a lot about both conventional and unconventional financing.
I owned and operated a handyman service for several years in Gallatin County, Montana. I love tools, construction, design, and repair, but it has taken a toll on my body after 20 years. I am no longer able to offer construction services, but I still oversee many projects under the project manager role.
After nearly 25 years of being a licensed real estate professional, and a lifetime of real estate experience, I can confidently offer my services in almost any area of real estate.
